Does drinking diet coke cause acid reflux?

Okay, was on a diet to help my acid reflux disease and have lost 40 pounds and it helped tremendously. But I have started to drink about 3 diet cola a day, and returned the last two nights, my symptoms are that when it wakes me at night and I can not sleep. Coke is very high acidity, so yes, it can cause acid reflux. yep yep yep that's the phenalalinine (I apolagize for spelling) and it can cause ulcers acid reflux (a hole in his stomach) It's like everything you drink too much cola, yes you will carry back some gas. try and not drink so many uses and crystal light instead. no carbonated drinks are bad 4 healh No, not the cause of the disease, but it causes heartburn. I think it is mostly carbon dioxide, because the soda gives me heartburn. Try some of food and non-carbonated, or have a regular cola per day. Still, if you have injuries painful acid reflux, do not drink anything carbonated because it will only exacerbate the problem my father had acid reflux for 3 years. According to his doctor, yes it is true that acid reflux may be a consequence of the high carbonated drinks Is not Mount Dew, Pepsi, Coca-Cola and ginger ale is known to cause acid reflux. Easy to use water instead of drinking and double the amount.
