My daughter is 4 weeks and have heartburn and I am starving. Can anyone give me some ideas about what I eat, I am currently avoiding dairy and citrus foods. So I eat potatoes, bread, pasta and pears. So if anyone has thought about it and I can get an idea of a diet would be great.
